Welcome to the Fitbit community, @cstotz!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Fitbit Sense. As there might be some background process causing this misbehavior, I'd suggest shutting it down and restarting it as a first approach to hopefully get things fixed. Here's how to do that:
Fitbit Sense User Manual - Update, Restart, and Erase
If that won't work for you, please change the clock face of your device to see if this makes an improvement:
How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
I'll keep my Fingers crossed.

I really would have liked to hear something different, @cstotz.
Please let the battery of your device drain completely to the point where it will shut down to make sure no background process is causing issues. Then please give your device a full charge which will take longer this time as it's battery is deep discharged now.
Best AnswerI’m having this same issue! Battery drains in less than an hour! I’ve tried changing clock, shutting down and restarting, charging completely after it has died and changing settings on brightness, how long it stays lit up and how to see screen (push button to display) etc. nothing has helped! It’s getting to be extremely frustrating!

HI @NanNan1980 - if the battery drains within an hour the watch is faulty [there is nothing you can do to get normal operations] and if under warranty can be replaced. Depending on where you bought it, at the shop or chat with customer support from the Help & support section in the Fitbit App.
