Is it Just me or everyone is able to get the notifications from mobile (Galaxy S10+) to your Fitbit Sense device even though the bluetooth is turned off? Like seriously am getting new notifications and everytime i check the bluetooth is off. And when i open the app it says turn on bluetooth. How is it Communicating with the device then? 😕 Yes I can always turn on DND mode but this got me thinking.
Also the GPS takes forever to connect. Please solve that issue in the next update, ASAP! ( Yes i tried restarting the device) 🙂

Best AnswerWhat type or what do these notifications say @VaishnavKulunge.
Please take another look at the Community Guidelines.
Best AnswerThat makes no sense, These notifications need to be sent from the phone to the tracker. The only possible connections the sense has is WiFi and Bluetooth. WiFi only connects to the router. Notifications can only transfer through Bluetooth.
Best AnswerExactly my point! How is it even connecting? It happens sometimes only though not always. Not a issue here but am confused 😕 @Rich_Laue
