I wanted to track a run via the exercise button on my sense this morning but the button doesn’t respond.

 

My run was tracked automatically but without all of the information I wanted. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?

Are you asking about the exercise Icon? 

My first thought would be to hold in the button, 10 seconds, until the watch reboots. 

Second thought would be to shutdown. Settings - Help - Shutdown.
