Call notifications are not coming through my Sense

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra.  I get the message notifications on my Sense, but I am only getting missed calls notifications.  Calls are not showing on my sense.  No where does it say Allow Call notifications when I select "On Wrist Calls".

Please help it's driving me crazy!!

Hi there, @71MissLee. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Sense.

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why don't on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?

Also, please make sure that sleep mode or DND are not enabled on your Sense. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

ok this is not working still.  It worked to 2 calls when I tried it.  I have followed everything above and nothing.  On my phone bluetooth when I try to connect it won't or it will stay connected on Input device but not on calls.

As I said.. it is giving me notifications, but when there is a call on my phone it will not show in my Sense, but if the caller hangs up I get a notification of a missed call.  Why would I be having so much trouble.  I installed the app on my work phone - Samsung S21FE and it paired and worked perfectly fine.

I too have issues pairing my Sense 2 with my S23 ultra. I can get texts, respond with pre set text or an emoji but cannot speak a response. Works great with S22 ultra. Did a chat with Samsung and was told, in so many words, that the S23 ultra is such a superior phone and Fitbit is not a Samsung supported product. So bottom line, too bad. The S23 ultra does not allow speech with the Sense either, it too works with the S22. If I had known this in advance, not sure I would have upgraded my phone.
