Hi, I am a new fitbit sense user. I use the product for my health condition. Is there anyway to measure spO2 actively during the day as it is every important for me to keep track of my spO2. Thanks for any helps.

I agree with @JohnnyRow here. If accuracy is important, I'd definitely go with a class II medical grade fingertip Pulse Oximeter. They are cheap, accurate and can give on demand readings.
Im not sure how accurate the Fitbit sensor is, but the user manual says the following - "Fitbit SpO2 data is not intended for medical purposes nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.". Personally I wouldn't feel comfortable relying on it for a medical condition.
