According to this thread in the FitBit Ionic area no and there's no plans to integrate.

I see, I guess this thread can serve as a warning to those that need this integration to look at something other than a Fitbit, it's a shame really.

It is very frustrating and impactful on one’s training that heart monitoring cannot be monitored easily between Fitbit and Nike Run Club app or - as an alternative - between Fitbit and Apple Health app. The syncing apps are having a laugh for the fees they charge and the “free” ones out there are simply there to guide you towards the paid - useable - version. Lift your game Fitbit! 😕
