Can I get Messenger and text notifications on Sense?

Is there a way to receive Facebook messenger notifications and text message notifications on the Sense? I use both regularly and need notified for both.

Hi @Mary_Mag let's open the fitbit app. Tap your profile picture found in the top right. 

Tap the Sense then notifications. 

Now tap App Notifications. 

Choose what apps you want for Moto ovation a to be sent to the wrist.

In my app notification these is no Facebook or messager option to switch on for notifications??? Can they be added somehow
