Can't change settings on Fitbit Sense

Up until yesterday my Sense was working fine.  Now I can go into setup on the Sense but cannot change any of the settings.  It is set to Dim and Button only.

The sleep icon was lit.  I tapped it and everything is now back to normal.  I am now able to change settings.

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit designed clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
