Hi there, @Atsg2003. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue before reaching out.

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if you're referring to the Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications? If so, please see How do Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications check for atrial fibrillation (AFib)?

Hope that helps.

this is known problem. See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/AFib-notification-setup-gets-stuck-part-way-through/m-p/528869...and https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Irregular-heart-rhythm-notifications-prompt-is-greyed-out/m-p/...

I had it too and I opened request. It took 2 factory resets, reinstalls, and finally a video showing that "scroll down to continue" does not scroll before they would accept that it was not user error and an issue with fitbit software. Last communication from Support was 7 Dec.

Just as well I am not holding my breath. Oddly, it worked fine on my wife Sense (bought a few months after mine and we have same S10e phones).

Out of curiosity, what country are you from? Other people reporting this issue seem to be NZ or Australia.

I had the same problem. After pinch-zooming for a while, I managed to get the top part of the screen to scroll. It's not the whole screen that needs to scroll down, just the panel in the upper half. Really bad UX design.

In the following video at 3:20, it's the upper panel in the outlined box that has no visible scrollbar.

If you scroll down the part where the text is that says to scroll down, it scrolls the wrong part of the window. Instead scroll the text that says "How we use your information". Maybe it's also broken on wider aspect ratio displays because I'm sure I tried scrolling everywhere multiple times, most new phones have quite a tall aspect ratio.

Once you scroll that upper panel all the way down, it will allow clicking the button to move to the next page.

Brilliant! That does indeed work! Ok, my apologies to Fitbit - it was user error. Definitely a UI change would make it more obvious that it is only top part of screen that scrolls.

Indeed, huge UI problem here! I was finally able to scroll, using one finger to hold the bottom part an another to scroll the top part!

Thanks so much!!! Afib runs in my family, so it was critical for me to be able to activate this feature. It was not intuitive at all and without your guidance, I doubt that I would ever have figured it out on my own. I even tried activating on the website, and had the same issue, so I'm very happy that I found your post.
