Hi @MarylisaM - besides careful cleaning, it could be a charge cable fault, and often is.

Are the pins on your charger all out? Mine started having issues, then I noticed the pin in the bottom right (if hanging down from the cord) was pushed in. Had to contact support and get them to send me another one.
Seems to be a common issue.
