Can’t get it to charge

I can’t seem to get it to reliably charge. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Any tips?

This happens to me every so often. I clean it with alcohol, I change outlets, I try everything they recommend and it still won't charge. It's very frustrating. No one has any answers.

Hi @MarylisaM - besides careful cleaning, it could be a charge cable fault, and often is.

@lynvick56 - it would seem it's the cable for you as you cleaned it.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I used a knock off cable and switched to one by Fitbit. Works a little better.

Are the pins on your charger all out?  Mine started having issues, then I noticed the pin in the bottom right (if hanging down from the cord) was pushed in.  Had to contact support and get them to send me another one.

Seems to be a common issue.
