New to the Fitbit community after having the dreaded MKGO watch. I started to set up the Wallet app and then opted out but now I can't get the pin prompt to go away. It's not the device pin, it's the app pin; I've no idea how to remove it!

@phopper Whatever you do, do NOT remove your watch from fitbit mobile app (unlink from your Fitbit account). Now, please visit this help article to see how to reset the PIN or how to unlock your Fitbit using your phone.

I'm not sure if the pin can easily be removed @phopper but you can set the pin for only Fitbit pay. This way you will never see the pin.
BTW fitbit pay is really convenient

This worked! I feel so silly because I must have overlooked that "device lock" about a baker's dozen times! Thank you, it's now set to only ask for the pin when I use the the wallet!!!
