Can't see phone notifications on Sense

I can't see the notifications i reset the aplication and the watch to a Lot of times and y see a Lot of videos for Fix the problem i chance the phone too and i have a conclusion the watch doesnt work inclusive it freeze sometimes, what can i do?

Are you saying that your watch receives notifications, the watch vibrates, but the display doesn't turn on? 

Are you able to swipe down and see notifications, even when inside? 

I'll assume the normal watch face is viewable? 

@Francisco104 I'm not sure if your watch is receiving notifications or if you get notifications and can not read them.

The face watch works But dont receive messages because i can't sync up with
the phone, icant receive WhatsApp messages, notifications, etc.
The app only Say i need to restart the phone, i do that several times and i
erase the cache memory, and a Lot of other things and i can't do it work!!!!

Thanks I'm do all the things You told me in the Link but don't work ....
I tried with two diferent phones...
Motorola One Zoom
Poco F3
It doesnt works with no one
With the One Zoom in the beggining works well but like in a month they
don't work
The watch have problems because it have Moments when restart a Lot of
times...
So i don't know what can i do im thinking if the watch have guarantee i
going for ask for
