I have an Iphone 8 and have connected it to my Sense but am having problems with notifications.
I am subscribed to a number of calendars and as a result am getting vibration alerts in the middle of the night for events that are happening in USA. I don't want to turn off notifications overnight as I need to be on call, but I do want to turn off calendar reminders.
When I go into the fitbit app and select Sense and 'notifications' in an attempt to customise the app doesn't do anything - it just stays on the page telling me when it last synced and what version it is (128.4.17).
I have tried removing the device and setting it up again but it makes no difference. I dont want to have to turn off notifications altogether as this is one of the main reasons for having the watch but I'm frustrated at being woken at all hours of the night.
Would really love to hear from someone with any ideas on how to resolve.
Thanks 🙂

Hi @Hjules Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for every step tried prior to posting, as well for the details provided. I understand how important the rest of the notifications are for you. Because you mentioned to have an iPhone 8, I'd suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app as last resort. Once that is done, log back into your account, try checking your Sense notifications settings one more time and turn off the calendar notifications.
