After taking ecg reading my watch tells me I will get a push button message for a pdf I can email to my doctor but it never comes. What should I do?

Thanks for the details provided. Before anything else, let me share the notifications to check your ECG reports will appear as long as the Bluetooth is enabled and your Sense is syncing. Additionally, make sure the Fitbit app notifications are enabled by going to your phone's settings.
In regards to your ECG reports, you can always check them on the Fitbit app by doing the following:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap Discover.
- Under Assessments & Reports and look for Heart Rhythm Assessment.
- Tap View Results and select the one you want to check.
- You can tap Export a PDF for your doctor or return to the previous screen to select a different report.
