I have been using my sense for many months now and then I started to get sync issues.
I therefore tried repairing etc but nothing worked so I deleted the app and reloaded it on my phone.
I get the 4 digit code but when it tries to pair the blue bar goes half way but no further and I get the message that something went wrong and there was an error while trying to pair the device.
Help!

Good morning. Out of interest, what phone do you have please? If it is an iPhone, have you carried out the forget device in the Bluetooth menu? Also might be worth restarting phone (this also helps with syncing issues).

Any chance you loaded the app on another device and it is conflicting? I had the app on my iPhone for months then added it to my iPhone as well. If the iPad was open and nearby, there was a conflict and it would not sync. If I closed the app on the iPad and then turned it off. No problem syncing with phone app. When you say you’ve tried everything can you take the time to be more specific?

Try the sync tips next time.
BTW the user can not repair the connection. There is no Fitbit procedure for the user to do this.
You can open the Fitbit app and the app will ask to pair/connect the tracker.
You can open the app and add the tracker to your Fitbit account.
