I've activated Alexa but cannot receive audio response, just getting visual. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @Valleyone,
As of right now, Alexa can't provide audio responses, only visual ones, so there's nothing that can be done. Hopefully in a future update, Fitbit will address this issue.

I'm using Alexa right now, and it's giving me audio responses. In the UK if that matters.
Are you thinking of Google Assistant perhaps?
You're not in 'Sleep' mode are you? It's one of the toggles if you swipe right from your watchface.
edit: there's also Settings -> Voice Assistant -> Audio Feedback

I'm getting both audio and text from alexa.
@Valleyone do you have the latest Fitbit app on the phone and the latest firmware on the Sense. Vet 44.128.4.17
