Changing time zone resets all my sleep restoration data

Every time I change time zones (which is often) Fitbit resets the historical data for sleep restoration.

For example, I recently spent a week in Austria (CET), where I got excellent sleep, with time spent below resting heart rate high (75 to 90%). But now that I am back in the US (EST), the restoration data for that week has been rewritten the sleep times re correct but the restoration heart rate is based on those times in EST, which means that it shows my heart rate during the day in Austria, including periods of peak and cardio (!). As a result, the score makes no sense at all and the sleep history is wrong.
