Will not connect to Bluetooth so I can't get calls or messages

Hi @MMMT - have you tried to logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone to refresh things and login again.

Then in the Bluetooth sense controls click the gear icon and turn on the items and in the Fitbit App click on On-wrist calls and see if that helps.

I wonder if it's related to the impossible to connect via Bluetooth message reported by iOS users.
