My Fitbit sense keep showing this red cross and shows a message with data not cleared sync & try again. Many of the tips to solve this problem is to do something with the Bluetooth, but my sense is not connected to my phone at all and I can't connect it. Before this i hade just factory reasserted is because it was stuck in a loop so i couldn't use it, and then this happened. I would really appreciate help!
