Bought a new fitbit Sense at Christmas, and recently saw a notice about the Fitbit 503 that it caused battery burn on arms and manufacturer asked for a recall . Not sure if mine is included. How can I find the FB number on my Fitbit?

Best AnswerI ti just the Ionic that was recalled. I've seen the 503 reference myself but not sure where that came from. But not the Sense, just old Ionic.

I had an ionic and received the recall, I have to say that I was very impressed with the way it was handled by Fitbit, which why I now have a sense. Just wanted to share.
Totally agree! I've just received the sense due to the recall of the ionic. The only downside was that while I waited for the new watch to be delivered (6days) I had no syncing from the ionic as it was disabled by Fitbit. Pity it couldn't deactivate once the sense arrived! I've felt lost not being able to see my sleep stats 🤣🤣
No refund received as yet. Nor did I have to post my Ionic in?!! I'm in the uk. I have just been told to dispose of it safely. To be honest I haven't yet it's stashed nice and safe just in case they change their mind but the email said to dispose. I'll wait till I see the refund in PayPal before I do anything. I've kept all the emails
Thanks for the reply I live in the US and sent mine back a week ago they got it 4 days ago by the tracking number just wanting to see someone that refund before I order the sence

Your safety is always our top priority, and we are taking this action out of an abundance of caution. Thank you for your continued support and being a member of the Fitbit family.
