Hello, I got my  fitbit sense about a year ago and I had issues before with the screen freezing and now, I. tried to turn it on,and  battery states at 0%, and doesn't turn on I also  been trying to charge it for more than 2 was and  it doesn't charge or turns on

Hi @Deeliz74 - it seems it is a charging issue, follow the information given here - How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
