Due to the recall on the Ionic- I switched to the Sense option. The battery has lasted at the most 2 days (48 hours). I reach out and this is what I get: "stop using the options??" I would rather risk the burned wrist with the Ionic then not be able to use what I paid for!
This is a follow up email from your previous contact with regards to your Sense’s battery short life issue.

I think that is reasonable. Turn off what you do not need/want. See where you end up.

@JCrass I would ask them to do a battery test and consider returning it if it fails. If you go the warranty route, you'd likely receive a refurb to replace your new watch.

@JCrass Support will have you turn off notifications, drain the battery, charge it, and they monitor if it's working properly.

@Clove6060 I haven't done it lately, but I had two Versa 1's fail their test. You have to set it up through support. Like ask support chat nicely if we can do a battery test. 😊
If set up yes, they will monitor.
