ECG App disappeared after firmware update

Did anyone else have the ECG option disappear from their Fitbit Sense after the latest tracker update? I'm doing the PAT study so that's there, but not the ECG.

@Floridagrl Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While this is odd, please give a try to the following steps to make sure there isn't any pending update for the ECG app:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap > Sense > Apps > ECG App.
  3. Check if there is a pending update and make sure all permissions are enabled.
  4. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  5. Tap Today at the bottom of the Fitbit app, and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. On your Sense swipe to the left and let me know if you find the ECG app.
