I’ve been having the same issues with my afib assessment. It will not load on my watch. I installed the app into the gallery..says to go to my watch and select the scan to perform the assessment…. It’s not on my watch at all 😞

Welcome to the Community, @Dwarnick.
I've moved your post to this new thread since you're having a different issue. Thanks for the details and your efforts while working on this matter. Because your post didn't mention, may I know where you're located? Please note the ECG app is supported in select countries which have approved their usage. Assuming you're in a supported country, let's try the following:
- Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
- Uninstall the ECG app and force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
- Open the Fitbit app and try installing the ECG app one more time.
- Tap Today at the bottom and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Try taking a reading one more time with the instructions described here.
