ECG download times out

When trying to download my ECG data, the process times out!

I am sorry to hear that the process times out when you're trying to download your ECG data. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend to force quit the app, restart your phone and try to download your data again. You can find more information about saving your Fitbit ECG results or downloading the report at

Cannot Download ECG Reports:

I can find the reports and the "Export a PDF for your doctor" button - which I select.  I never receive any push notification regarding the PDF being ready.  Support has been advised and the issue has been escalated. 

 

Anyone else experienced this issue?
