@barnett Welcome to the community forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While this is odd, may I know if you're located in a supported country? If so, could you confirm if the correct country is selected in your profile? Also, does the ECG appear installed in the Fitbit app?

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Sense > Gallery.
  6. Tap Apps, look for the ECG app and try installing it.
  7. Make sure the permissions are turned on and take an ECG reading.

Reboot your phone and restart your watch. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions. Once that it's done, check if the ECG app permissions are enabled and make sure the assessment is completed.

Diana
