Ecg endless looo

I can't figure out how to do my first ecg....the Fitbit device (sense) tells me to set up on phone the phone sends me back to Fitbit device(sense)..... I am getting no where......

Sadly that is where the problem lies. There wasn't any where to go through an assessment just after reading you close each one and around I go. Is that part with the bullet point requirements supposed to be able to be selected.?

Hi, @BobbyIN, thanks for your post. In the link I sent What is the Fitbit ECG app?  the round blue numbered bullet points are not hyperlinks but instructions. The ECG is not authorised in all countries, you do not mention where you are, If you go to the bottom of this page you will see a list of countries where you can use the ECG.

@BobbyIN After battling with the same issue for about an hour an half, I finally got it to work by clicking through all five of the tiles on the page in your screenshot (this part was probably unnecessary), shutting down and restarting my Fitbit (through the settings app) and restarting my phone. Hope that helps

That fixed  I restarted app, sense, and cell phone just to hit them and it worked thanks 😊
