I installed the ecg app on my sense. When I go into the assessments page to do the assessment, it says "see results", but when I open it it tells me I did not do an assessment and to do so on my device. When I go into my device, it tells me to go into the assessment section in the community tab. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but it still says the same thing. Any idea why this is happening?

Had same experience but tried again in few days and worked right away; suggest wait a bit and try again - no idea how long.

Hmm okay I will give it some time and hopefully it will resolve itself and I won't have to contact fitbit, was really hoping it would work 😅

I was stuck in the same ECG loop after setting up my Sense for the first time yesterday and into today. I finally got the ECG to work by uninstalling the ECG app. After uninstalling the app, I logged out of the Fitbit app and turned off the Sense. After about 10 seconds, I turned the Sense back on and logged back into the Fitbit app. I then re-installed the ECG app and it works now. I hope the same steps work for you.

Gave it a try, no such luck. Still giving me the same result. I will give it a few days and see what happens.
