Ecg stopped working

It was working at first now when I go to the app it just says set up on phone open your fitbit app go to the discovery tab. Find assessments & reports. I go there and still nothing but past data.

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone or tablet, and log in to your Fitbit account if you haven’t already done so.
  2. From the Discover tab 
     

     in the Fitbit app, tap Health Assessments & Reports > Heart Rhythm Assessment and follow the instructions. After you complete the Heart Rhythm Assessment introduction, you can take an ECG reading.

The first time I ran the ECG, I was asked to have the ECG page open in the Fitbit app.
