Is anyone finding that the wristband that comes standard with the Sense is not functional? If I use the smaller band I have very little overlap and no play to tuck under. Haven't worn it that way yet but I would think that design would be very uncomfortable as well. If I use large band there is so much extra band that no way you could slide it up under your skin. Called hotline and they asked me about a strap keeper and had me send photo & other stuff only to be told that Sense band doesn't come with it. Why did they take me down this path. I called hotline again to ask for same discount that I purchased watch for so I could buy a wristband that was functional and was told they could not support that ask. I have been a loyal Fitbit user even if I have owned 4 Ionics in 4 years(not a good track record for longevity) and went with the Sense but after reading a few of these other posts I am beginning to think I will regret this purchase.

Ended up buying another wristband for the Sense. The original wristband was difficult to adjust/secure. It looked good, but functiom takes over form for me.

I cut the large band with a pair of scissors then used my wife’s nail file to smooth the edges off so it mirrored the original band end. I used the small band end as a template. That worked. Be careful on the measurement. Also, the band will stretch a little bit over time. Measure twice and cut once.
The other thing I did was bought a different sense band (sport band), like Rudy_Guam. I wanted something breathable and it seems to have more adjustment points because of the holes and the keeper slides. I did not need to cut it.
