Back in October of last year my 10 month old Sense 2 had problems. After 6+ calls to tech support they agreed to replace it; probably a "reconditioned" one. Got it in Jan. Of this year. Just died yesterday; 2 months old! I mean died, no lights, no charge no reset nothing.
Instead of soing the right thing they sent me a 35% discount coupon on next purchase.
Great way to treat a 10 year, 4 product user who has recommended it to numerous freinds.
Sounds like a great scam. Srend out a relacement that lasts just long enough to make it past the warranty!!

Hi @hsinger2384 warranty information can be found here - click to read. At least you were offered a discount code.

Hi @hsinger2384 - just in case, did you check the cleaning and the charge cable which often is a problem. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
The Sense 2 was only released September 2022 so your post is moved to the Sense forum.
Check again with Fitbit because replacement watches may have their own warranty for 90 days which may extend original warranty possibly.
