Walking through door and hit door jam and screen smashed. Embarrassing one cannot get screen fixed when watch is 2 minutes old (without pretty much spending same money as watch). **ahem**ty customer service, **ahem**ty quality especially for an active watch. Will never purchase a Fitbit item again and will do my best to share my experience with friends, family and social media.

I'm not exactly gentle with mine as it has, unfortunately, hit doors, walls, shelving (it takes some hits at work) and there have been no issues; I've only had it for about 1 month now, however. These have Gorilla Glass 3, I believe, so it must have been a pretty hard hit. Sorry to hear that happened. 😞
