So, I've had my 4th Fitbit die. the last 3 died the same way. I let the battery discharge all the way before i could charge it. I threw it on the charger, and it charged, but the OS won't start. Called support, went through troubleshooting, and they can't do anything. They said I need a new one. This one is at most 6 months out of warranty. As were the last 3. I've had enough of Fitbit, I think. I'm wondering what you would suggest as an alternative that would have the same sleep tracking and battery life.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @Randy_ - you may have a very bad charge cable - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
The cable, power supply or improper cleaning can cause it not to charge while on the charge cable. You may well be able to get it [them] going.

Charging works fine. It just boots to the Fitbit logo and sits there. I did a bunch of troubleshooting with Fitbit support but no luck. All they could do was offer a 35% off.

I am getting the same error.
No problem charging, it just sticks at the logo screen. I've been looking for an answer for a while.

The watch won't boot. Tried to do the reset holding the side button, then waiting for it to flicker off and buzz and hold it again etc. tried with the tech on the phone then tried for like an hour after .. it just always comes back to the fitbit logo eventually. I've similar issues with 3 watches. I've had to buy replacement watches each time. I'm done .. time to move onto a more reliable, better built product. I was hoping somebody here had some recommendation. Garmin has a Instinct 2 Solar that charges off solar too so can go forever without a charge but it's $400 CAD. The Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic 47mm goes as low as $300 CAD sometimes, but battery life sucks. Not sure what else to look at.
