@Charly2202, I've got the Sense and haven't had any issues with the charger pins. It is magnetized, so I just allow the pins on the charger cable to auto-locate themselves onto the watch without any force. The magnet repels when the watch isn't on the correct side and the charger does not connect properly, so maybe that could be a reason. Also, I charge the watch using my laptop instead of a direct power source to prevent any current surges or overcharge. I can't think of anything else at the moment that would cause damage. I know it doesn't solve the issue but I hope it helps. Good luck!
