Fitbit Sense ECG doesn’t work

I seem to be missing the section ECG in reports. It just isn’t there and when I start the app on my watch it redirects me to a page in my fitbittapp that explains how it works but than I can’t push the button: ‘aan de slag’ (start). So I need help!

What country are you in @AMXOO 

I see a little German, note that we do have a German support board.
