Okay, so I got a notification that I can participate in a study for blood pressure, and that I needed to download the "Pulse Arrival Time App" yet I can't find it anywhere. What is the issue here? Am I supposed to find a third party one instead of one that's directly linked to Fitbit? Seriously, help! Even right now, there's not a label to choose something along the lines of blood pressure...

@PinkBunny84 When I was part of the Fitbit Heart Study, there was contact information in the Heart Study info. Please review the info again. My other suggestion is to wait a few days, then try to download the app again. This wouldn't be the first time Fitbit got ahead of itself rolling out a project.

Hello @PinkBunny84 and welcome to the Help forum. This is all very new. Many good answers come from the Community Council. None of the CC members mentioned getting an invite. Based other experiences like this, it should be in the Apps section of your phone app when you click on your profile picture > Sense > Apps (your App Gallery). I suggest putting Pulse Arrival Time in the search field -- or exactly what is written in the instructions.

Hi @PinkBunny84 I suspect this is a beta test, so can you please remove this post as under the NDA you can't publicise the fact you are participating and also follow the instructions at beta.fitbit.com

@SunsetRunner I don't believe for a moment that this is covered by an NDA. This project, which is coming from Fitbit Labs, has been publicized in all the tech sites. This is comparable to the Fitbit Heart Study. Fitbit is sending invitations to random users. I have signed numerous NDAs as part of my profession. You must sign the NDA before you are allowed in.
Users who are interested in becoming Field Testers sign an NDA (Field Testing Agreement) as part of the application process. This is completely different.

Already tried that to no avail. That was what had me post this question here for help from other Fitbit users so that someone can let me know what steps to take. I really want to get everything that I can enjoy from buying a new Sense.

It was not, so I will not. I need to have the question answered to be able to provide myself everything I can.

@LZeeW There isn't any form of contact info for anyone on the one small bit of info given until one downloads the app... I'm going to just check in every day to see if it pops up anywhere. It's only happening for less than a month

@PinkBunny84 this would be better asked through your account on beta.fotbit.com ( if you where accepted) or contacting the beta team directly. As @LZeeW has mentioned, details will be in your invite.
My thought is a user will need to apply and be accepted into the beta test before the app will be available.

@Rich_Laue This isn’t a fitbit.beta project. It is coming from Fitbit Labs.

So, as it turns out, I have to wait until a new update is available for my device so I can update it because the most current version I can update it to at the moment is still not the newest it needs to be able to use the app. The version needed is still in the works for my phone. Once it's available and I can and do update my apps, I'll be able to finally join the study, but by then chances are it will be over. 😞 Just wanted to let everyone know what the end result was. Thank you so much for trying to help, everyone.
