Syncing has never worked well with my Fitbit but usually I was able to get it to work. I have a Pixel 4 phone. For a while the only way my Fitbit would sync is when I had it charging, plugged my phone in and restarted it. Usually that hack would get the phone to sync.
Then magically it just started working. For about 6 weeks everything was working well. However last week the sync failed and nothing I do seems to work. I have gone through all the troubleshooting with no results, bluetooth, restarts, reinstalling the app. Nada.
I like the device but if there is no way to store my history, what's the point.
