Fitbit Sense battery dying every 2 day's after update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently had an update on my sense. Ever since this, the battery is dying every 2 days.  It dies/turns off then I charge it to 100%. I have also rebooted. Why is this happening and when it the expected time for a fix to occur?

I had a similar problem and doing a factory reset fixed the issue for me.  Try doing a factory rest via Settings > About Sense > Factory Rest and see if that helps.

Hi

I've just installed the latest update and it's been fine

However on a previous update I had some battery issues which resolved in around a week

Sometimes after an update to any device be it watch or phone etc you can experience some battery fluctuations as the software settles down

I don't know why when it's the same firmware update across the board that it happens to some but not all ( I'm not an IT worker code gives me a headache)!😀

If you can stand it try to leave it for a week see if it resolves itself

If not try unpairing your sense from the fitbit app uninstall the app reboot your phone and sense install the app sync see if that helps

Good luck
