I traveled from TX to FL but my watch is stuck on Central Time even though in advanced settings it is set on Eastern standard time, and automatic time zone help!

Let me help you with your Sense showing the incorrect time. Try changing the timezone to a completely different one, save and sync then change it back to the correct one.
