Ever since I got the Sense I have had nothing but issues syncing it. I constantly have to delete the app and reinstall AND have to do a reset on the fitbit for it to work. Ready to return it and go back to my old Fitbit. Why did I spend so much for something that just gives me more stress?!!?

It's not a solution but rather a workaround but have you tried only restart the watch? I have syncing issues pretty much all the time but the most annoying is that I am unable to sync the activity right after it ends. I found out that there is a big chance it will sync after the watch restarts (usually, there is no need to restart the app, it will pick up the connection with the watch eventually). I can't get you better advice, syncing issues are nothing new on Fitbit devices.

This watch is no where as good as I hoped. Mine won't synch either andi have tried everything reccomended. Frustrated 😞

Sync issues are usually with the phone.
But with the tracker, a restart or sometimes only a shutdown will fix.

After switching Fitbit accounts, a trick I found that often helps syncing/pairing is
Login to the Fitbit App, Pull down to refresh, [after the sync popup appears at the top, and if its not got a progress bar]
Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Sync Click on the circle
After a few seconds If no pair prompt appears Go back to the Today screen Repeat the process |
This assumes that the device is not currently synced/paired with the App or has already been "forgotten" in Bluetooth settings from prior troubleshooting.
