Fitbit Sense not logging my sleep correctly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every night I have to get up at least once to use the restroom, usually around 4 or 5 am.  The sleep monitoring only records my sleep after the time I get up - nothing from before.  I generally go to sleep between 10 and 11, so its not recording most of my sleep time.  And since it only records the last couple hours, I usually don't even get a score.  Is there a way to correct this?

adjust the sensitivity of sleep app.

1. In the Fitbit app, go to Account > Activity & Wellness > Sleep.

2. By default, this will be set to 'Normal', but you can tweak it to 'Sensitive' if you find that the tracker isn't registering your sleep, or is registering odd results.

3. For Android users, you'll need to log into the web dashboard, go to the settings tab, and scroll down to the page to find the ability to toggle sleep sensitivity between normal and sensitive options.
