I charged it today and it wouldn't sync to my phone so I restarted it but it just shut off and won't turn on. I pressed and held the button for 10+ seconds and still nothing

Just a brief press to turn the display of/on.
Worn on the left arm -
rest your other thumb on the arm of the left of the watch
and forefinger on the back of the hand
and do a gentle squeeze of the watch
The soft part of the thumb fits naturally, partly underneath the watch, does not need any force.
