Sense keeps turning off by itself

Why does this keep turning itself off now? First the heart rate is way off and now this!  Fitbit has gone down hill! Think apple will be reaping the benefits as many many people r returning there versa3 and senses

If your Sense keeps turning off I would suggest you've got a faulty unit. Have you tried contacting customer support (here) to discuss things further?

In regards to the Sense rebooting by itself, our team is aware of this issue and they're working hard to get this resolved to our members. Currently we don't have a time frame for the fix, but we'll update this thread once we have more details. Now about the heart rate, I've contacted our Support team to forward your details and it seems you already have a case created. I was told that your case is under review and they'll continue helping you with this matter via email.
