Fitbit Sense not turning on

I charged it today and it wouldn't sync to my phone so I restarted it but it just shut off and won't turn on. I pressed and held the button for 10+ seconds and still nothing

Also try practicing with the button now its on.

 

Just a brief press to turn the display of/on.

 

Worn on the left arm -

 

rest your other thumb on the arm of the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

 

The soft part of the thumb fits naturally, partly underneath the watch, does not need any force.

Hi,

Try putting it back on charge for a while, it may wake up.

The button has a nack to it.

I left it on for and hour and came back to it on so I guess that works for
me
