Fitbit Sense sudden battery loss

Several times over last couple of months, my Sense has had a sudden drop in battery life to zero or near zero.  This afternoon the Fitbit battery life was nearly 80% when I began exercising and then it dropped to 7% within minutes.   Anyone else have similar issues and a fix?

Hi @pikejo64 - it depends where you are checking the battery level. If you are checking in the Fitbit App the level only gets updated when you sync. If you are using GPS it can drain the battery quite quickly [between syncs if it's not working well]

If you are checking only on the watch, sudden battery level fall can be a fault such as water having got in.

Also the watch may not be charging well, some things that might help.
