I have had my fitbit for around 2 years. Up to now it has worked perfectly well I love it. Today I charged it, and around 30 after it was completely charged it just randomly turned off and I am not able to turn it back on. I tried several things, including customer service and connecting it back to the charger, but it's still the same. Customer service said they would file it and get back to me in w3 hours. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how were you able to resolve it. Thank you.
Hello @Ana.e
I moved your post from the Android app forum to the Sense product help forum as it seems your issue is related to your device and not the Android platform.
Hopefully someone here will be able to help you.

No answer yet. This morning I charged it for some time and it did start, it was hot though. My voice assistant has been triggering every 10 to 15 min and the side button is not always working when I press it, but at least it's on and recording everything else
My sense became nonresponsive early this morning. Watch face is black. Have restarted phone removed and downloaded app. App won't sync...completely unresponsive. What's going on?
I had this happen with my Ionic before I got the Sense, the moment water/moisture gets into the device strange things happen, black screens, random touch responses, button senses. The seal around the screen degrade over time. If the device gets hot while charging, that could mean a short caused by moisture.
Try drying the device in rice, cat liter or drying beads. Until all water/moisture removed I recommend not using the device.
Best AnswerMine did the same thing yesterday. I can't reboot... I can't charge it... It keeps going on and off... Also had for 2 years... I followed instructions to clean it. It's strange that it's happening to a lot of us at the same time
Hello everyone. I just want to share some information that might be helpful. Still haven't gotten any response from Customer Help. But i just spoke with Best Buy, they told me that if you have the Geek Squad membership you can take your electronics to have them looked at and fixed, this includes our fitbit watches.
I will be taking mine probably this week and will let you know how it goes.
This seems to be a very common problem now as i just had 2 sense's stop working and support will only give you a discount on a new one.
Strange this happens to so many people after a recent update.
Time to start looking at other brands.
This just happened to me this morning. Was working fine yesterday when I went to sleep and hadn’t had any issues before now. Please keep us posted if anyone is able to resolve the issue. Super strange that this is happening to so many people at exactly the same time.
Good morning everyone! Yesterday I got an email from customer service. They told me since my fitbit was no longer in warranty what they could do was offer a discount for the purchase of another fitbit, the discount is only valid for 30 days. So I will be taking it to Best Buy to see what can be done.
Since I did not get extended warranty, the outcome is partially my fault. If any of you did purchase the extended warranty with your Fitbit, the answer might vary.
Same thing happened to me yesterday. Mine was a warranty replacement from my first one that broke within the warranty period 7 months ago. Now this one also broke, I'm out of the warranty period, and I'm SOL. This does seem like a very widespread problem though, and one that they're clearly not interested to make right.
Best AnswerWow. This is crazy that these watched are dropping like flies. Happened to me three days ago. I tried everything the internet recommends, full charge, hard reset, etc.
I think it's dead for good. Of course, I've had it for about 2.5 years so no more warranty for me, like everyone else on here. This doesn't seem like a coincidence!
