Fitbit Sense won't charge

Have cleaned the charger and back of watch but it still won't charge

did you use a qtip on the back if the watch to get any dirt out of the connection points for the charger?
On your charger, are all of the prongs out? It's common for one to get stuck, which leads to a bad connection.

@Marde45- yes, if the one pin is less prominent - the charge cable is faulty and needs replacing in order to charge your watch.
