My Sense just stopped working. The screen is black and no lights display on the bottom. On the FitBit app is says it is fully charged.
Very disappointed. What happened.

Best AnswerI used the chat and they couldn't help. They told me I would get an email, which I did, telling me to buy a new fitbit. Ugh!
