Fitbit Sense won’t turn on

My Sense just stopped working.   The screen is black and no lights display on the bottom.  On the FitBit app is says it is fully charged.

Very disappointed.   What happened.

Mine is doing the same thing, too! It's so frustrating since this is the 2nd time a fitbit has totally died on me!

Mine quit 3 days ago and Fitbit says I have to buy a new one. They offered a 35% discount on a new one. I think I will get a Apple watch instead.

I used the chat and they couldn't help. They told me I would get an email, which I did, telling me to buy a new fitbit. Ugh!
