I have been a Fitbit user for years but since I have had the sense model I am changing my mind about future Fitbit watches. I made my purchase in May 2022, I have had to have it replaced 3 times! This particular model doesn't like to stay connected to my phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra), its apps Sense and Sense Controls drop randomly from my Bluetooth, and it has to be reset to factory settings and readded to the app in order to get connectivity. It's a continual problem on a weekly basis. Before I stopped using fitbit watches altogether I wanted to voice my dissatisfaction with this model. I never had problems with my fitbit before this model and it is so frustrating, since I have had it replaced 3 times I know its' not just a fluke it's a very bad model. ok, rant over, thank you for reading

Hi @SunsetRunner - if this syncing issue has been happening during the last 3 months it is the new V4 Fitbit App that is more likely the cause. It often requires manual intervention to get syncing.
If your phone has an incorrect setting it can also cause issues.
I'm using a Sense on the older Fitbit App (Android 10) and don't have any syncing problems to speak of since over 3 years.
